Lily and Tremella Soup:
Efficacy: nourishing yin and moistening lungs, clearing the heart and calming the mind, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst. Raw materials: 15g lily, 5 jujubes, 20g white fungus, 1/2 cup of rock sugar, and appropriate amount of water.
Method: Soak lily in warm water until soft. Remove the seeds from jujube and cut into small dices for later use. Soak white fungus in water until soft, wash and remove the hard stems, put into a blender, add 2 cups of water, and blend for about 30 seconds. Do not blend too finely to maintain the taste. Put the blended white fungus, rock sugar, lily, jujube dices and water into a pot, place it in the inner and outer pots of the rice cooker, add 1 cup of water and start steaming.
